Optimization of Hydraulic Fine Blanking Press Control System Based on System Identification

Fine-blanking is a molding process based on the common blanking process, which obtains hydrostatic stress through blank holder reverse jacking, in order to increase material plasticity. It requires special equipment, namely fine-blanking press, complete process. In this paper, problem of speed slide block fluctuation found actual use 12,000 kN hydraulic press after multi-stage pressure source optimization studied. Firstly, mathematical model motion stage fine established, and accurate obtained least square method system identification experiment. Aiming at complex working situation phased PID control strategy creatively proposed. The optimal parameters are by genetic algorithm, established fuzzy controller for accurately movement block. results show that new very effective improving accuracy block, effectively machining reducing impact vibration system.
